Ryan Mattson

Ryan started working in the aviation insurance industry in 2014 where he managed large commercial rotor wing accounts and their P&C lines. He later transitioned to focus on operators and manufacturers in Agricultural Aviation and Alaska where he gained a high-level of knowledge on the challenges his clients faced. Ryan has diverse experience outside of insurance as a small business owner, military officer (10yrs), and Amazon operations leader which contributes to his commitment to clients. He always believes there is a solution to every problem and maintains a fresh mindset to avoid settling into the status quo.
